We will reimburse You no later than 14 days bvefore your arrival date. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The following tour packages cannot be refunded:

• on sale Tour packages
• Requesting for refund for the packages which their arrival are during next 13 days
• those tour packages which their reservations (include: Hotels,Ticket,Cars) are finished and have been sent to you

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
